ब्लड प्रेशर ( उच्च रक्तचाप ) क्या है? 

यदि ब्लड प्रेशर सामान्य (120/80 mm Hg) से अधिक हो जाता है, तो वह हाई ब्लड प्रेशर या हाइपरटेंशन कहलाता है। जब ब्लड प्रेशर बहुत अधिक बढ़ जाता है तो आपको बहुत तेज सिरदर्द, सांस लेने में कठिनाई, दृष्टि या आंखों में ब्लड स्पॉट, नाक से खून आना, थकान, हृदय की अनियमित धड़कन, चेहरा लाल होना, चक्कर आने जैसे लक्षण नजर आ सकते हैं।

 हाई बीपी को तुरंत कैसे ठीक करें? 

 ये कुछ इस प्रकार हैं: एक्टिव रहें (व्यायाम, योग, आदि) गतिहीन जीवनशैली से बचें और अपनी एक्टिविटीज़ को बढ़ाएं। 

 हेल्दी वेट मेंटेन रखें अधिक वजन होने से हाई ब्लड प्रेशर होने का जोखिम बढ़ सकता है। 
👉 नमक का सेवन सीमित करें ।
👉 बैलेंस डाइट लें ।
👉 पोटैशियम का सेवन अधिक करें ।
👉 शराब से बचें ।
👉 तनाव कम करें ।
👉 धूम्रपान छोड़ दें ।

 रक्तचाप का कारण क्या है?

 उच्च रक्तचाप का मुख्य कारण अज्ञात है। लेकिन कई कारक प्रभावित करते हैं जैसे धूम्रपान, शराब का सेवन, अत्यधिक सोडियम का सेवन, शारीरिक गतिविधि की कमी, तनाव आदि।
 बीपी अचानक बढ़ जाए तो क्या करें? 

 Cause of High BP: तनाव, गुस्सा, पलूशन, अन्य हेल्थ प्रॉब्लम्स जैसे कई कारण हैं, जिनके चलते आज के समय में लोगों में हाई बीपी (High BP) की समस्या बहुत तेजी से बढ़ रही है ।

 हाई बीपी के लक्षण भीड़ से तुरंत दूर हो जाएं ताजी-खुली हवा में बैठें गहरी सांसें लें ताजा पानी पिएं आंखें बंद करके लेट जाएं ।
  नार्मल ब्लड प्रेशर कितना होना चाहिए? 

 21 साल से 25 उम्र के बीच एक स्वस्थ्य महिला में 115.5 से 70.5 के बीच ब्लड प्रेशर होना चाहिए। जबकि 31 से 35 साल के बीच यह कम होने लगता है। इस उम्र में महिलाओं का बीपी 110.5 और नीचे का 72.5 के बीच होना चाहिए। एक्सपर्ट्स के मुताबिक, पुरुषों में ब्लड प्रेशर क ऊपरी रेंज 90/60 से 145/90 तक हो सकता है।
